SITECH Consulting, P.C. is a full service environmental services company. Often there is overlap between the types of assessment being performed or the findings of one assessment promulgate another such as a Phase 1 requiring a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment which collects original samples of soil, groundwater or building materials to analyze for quantitative values of various contaminants through to the final cleanup or remedial Phase III Environmental Site Assessment involving monitoring, fate and transport studies, modeling, and the design of remedial action methods.
